The government places great emphasis on bringing a 'technology culture' to agriculture: PM Modi

PM Modi addressed the Post Budget Webinar on the theme “Agriculture and Rural Transformation”. The PM highlighted programmes such as the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi and MSP reforms that benefit farmers. He also spoke about the “technology culture” in agriculture, referring to initiatives like e-NAM and the development of DPI. He called for suggestions on effectively integrating technology with traditional systems.

வேளாண்மை மற்றும் கிராமப்புற மாற்றம் குறித்த பட்ஜெட்டுக்குப் பிந்தைய இணையவழிக் கருத்தரங்கில் பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி இன்று உரையாற்றினார். ஏற்கனவே நடைபெற்ற தொழில்நுட்பம் மற்றும் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சித் தொடர்பான அமர்வுகள் பற்றி குறிப்பிட்ட பிரதமர், பட்ஜெட் உருவாக்கத்தின் போது பங்குதாரர்கள் மதிப்புமிகு ஒத்துழைப்பை அளித்ததாகக் கூறினார். தற்போது பட்ஜெட்டுக்கு பின் அதன் உண்மையான பயன்களை நாடு அனுபவம் கொள்வது அதே அளவு முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்தது என்றும் பங்கேற்பாளர்களின் ஆலோசனைகள் முக்கியமானது என்றும் திரு மோடி கூறினார்.

In his address at World Food India 2025, PM Modi highlighted that global investors are looking towards India with great optimism. Reiterating his message from the Red Fort, the PM declared that this is the right time to invest in and expand in India. He emphasized that the government has established 10,000 FPOs since 2014, connecting lakhs of small farmers and bringing India’s agricultural persity to every household.
