In his remarks at the joint press meet, PM Modi said that under the leadership of PM Starmer, India-UK relations have made remarkable progress. He highlighted that PM Starmer is accompanied by the largest and most influential delegation from the education sector to date. The PM remarked that the 1.8 million Indians residing in the UK, through their valuable contributions to British society and economy, have strengthened the bridge of friendship, cooperation, and development between the two countries.

PM Modi will visit Ghana, Trinidad & Tobago, Argentina, Brazil and Namibia from July 02-09, 2025. In Ghana, Trinidad & Tobago and Argentina, the PM will hold talks with their Presidents to review the strong bilateral partnership. In Brazil, the PM will attend the 17th BRICS Summit 2025 and also hold several bilateral meetings. In Namibia, PM Modi will hold talks with the President of Namibia and deliver an address at the Parliament of Namibia.
