உத்தரப் பிரதேசத்தின் கான்பூரில் இன்று ரூ.47,600 கோடி மதிப்புள்ள பல்வேறு திட்டங்களை தொடங்கி வைத்த பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி புதிய திட்டங்களுக்கு அடிக்கல் நாட்டினார். இந்த நிகழ்வில் பங்கேற்றவர்களிடையே உரையாற்றிய அவர், கான்பூருக்கான பயணம் முதலில் 2025 ஏப்ரல் 24 என திட்டமிடப்பட்டிருந்தது. ஆனால் பஹல்காம் பயங்கரவாதத் தாக்குதல் காரணமாக அது ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டது என்றார். இந்த காட்டுமிராண்டித்தனமான தாக்குதலில் பலியான கான்பூரின் புதல்வர் திரு சுபம் துவிவேதிக்கு அவர் அஞ்சலி செலுத்தினார். நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள சகோதரிகளின் புதல்விகளின் வலி, துயரம், கோபம், வேதனை ஆகியவற்றை தாம் உணர்வதாகப் பிரதமர் குறிப்பிட்டார். ஆபரேஷன் சிந்தூர் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டபோது இந்த கூட்டான கோபத்தை உலகம் கண்ணுற்றதாக அவர் கூறினார். ஆபரேஷன் சிந்தூரின் வெற்றியை அடிக்கோடிட்டுக் காட்டிய அவர், பாகிஸ்தானில் பயங்கரவாதிகளின் முகாம்கள் அழிக்கப்பட்டன. இந்த மோதலை முடிவுக்கு கொண்டு வருமாறு கேட்பதற்கான நிர்ப்பந்தம் பாகிஸ்தான் ராணுவத்திற்கு ஏற்பட்டது. நமது ராணுவத்தினரின் துணிவுக்கு வணக்கம் செலுத்திய பிரதமர், சுதந்திரப் போராட்ட பூமியிலிருந்து அவர்களின் வீரத்திற்கு மரியாதை செலுத்துவதாகக் கூறினார். ஆபரேஷன் சிந்தூரின்போது கருணைக்காக யாசித்த எதிரிகள், ஆபரேஷன் சிந்தூர் முடிவடையாத நிலையில், எந்த மாயையிலும் இருக்க வேண்டாம் என்று பிரதமர் உறுதிபடத் தெரிவித்தார். பயங்கரவாதத்திற்கு எதிரான போரில் இந்தியாவின் மூன்று தெளிவான கோட்பாடுகள் பற்றி பிரதமர் எடுத்துரைத்தார். முதலாவதாக ஒவ்வொரு பயங்கரவாதத் தாக்குதல்களுக்கும் தீர்மானமான பதிலடியை இந்தியா வழங்கும். இதற்கான நேரம், நடைமுறை, நிபந்தனைகள் ஆகியவை இந்திய ராணுவத்தால் மட்டுமே தீர்மானிக்கப்படும். இரண்டாவதாக அணு ஆயுத அச்சுறுத்தல்களால் இனிமேலும் இந்தியாவை மிரட்ட முடியாது. இத்தகைய எச்சரிக்கைகள் அடிப்படையில் முடிவுகள் எடுக்கப்பட மாட்டாது. மூன்றாவதாக பயங்கரவாதத்தின் மூளையாக செயல்படுவோரையும் அவர்களுக்கு பாதுகாப்பளிக்கும் அரசுகளையும் ஒரே கண்ணோட்டத்தில்தான் இந்தியா பார்க்கும். பாகிஸ்தானின் அரசு மற்றும் அரசு சாராத செயல்பாட்டாளர்கள் என்ற பாகுபாடு இனிமேலும் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்படாது. எதிரிகள் எங்கிருந்தாலும் அவர்கள் அழிக்கப்படுவார்கள் என்று பிரதமர் உறுதிபடத் தெரிவித்தார்.
