டேராடூனுக்குப் பயணம் செய்யவிருக்கும் பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி ரூ.18,000 கோடி மதிப்பிலான பல வகை திட்டங்களை 2021 டிசம்பர் 4 அன்று பிற்பகல் 1 மணிக்குத் தொடங்கி வைக்கவும், அடிக்கல் நாட்டவும் உள்ளார். இந்த மண்டலத்தில் சுமூகமாகவும், பாதுகாப்பாகவும் பயணத்தை மாற்றுவதற்கும், சுற்றுலாவை அதிகரிப்பதற்கும் சாலைக் கட்டமைப்பை மேம்படுத்தும் திட்டங்கள் பற்றியதாக இந்த பயணத்தின் நோக்கம் இருக்கும். ஒருகாலத்தில் மிகவும் தொலைதூரத்தில் உள்ளவை என்று கருதப்பட்ட பகுதிகளுக்கு எளிதாகப் போக்குவரத்துத் தொடர்பை அதிகப்படுத்தும் பிரதமரின் தொலைநோக்குப் பார்வையின் அடிப்படையிலானதாக இது இருக்கும்.
