At the India-Vietnam Joint Press Meet, PM Modi said that President To Lam’s visit to Bodh Gaya reflects the shared civilizational and spiritual traditions between the two countries. He noted that the relations have been elevated to an Enhanced Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
