பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி அழைப்பை ஏற்று கனடா பிரதமர் திரு மார்க் கார்னி 2026 பிப்ரவரி 27 முதல் மார்ச் 2 வரை இந்தியாவின் அரசுமுறைப் பயணம் மேற்கொண்டார். கனடா பிரதமராகப் பொறுப்பேற்ற பின் திரு கார்னியின் இந்தியாவுக்கான முதலாவது பயணம் இதுவாகும். மேலும், 2018-க்கு பின் கனடா பிரதமர் ஒருவர் இந்தியாவில் பயணம் மேற்கொள்வதும் இதுவே முதல் முறையாகும். பிரதமர் திரு கார்னியுடன், கனடாவின் மூத்த அமைச்சர்கள், மாகாணத் தலைவர்கள், முன்னணி நிறுவனங்களின் தலைமை நிர்வாக அதிகாரிகள் உள்ளிட்ட உயர்நிலைக்குழுவும் இந்தியா வந்துள்ளது.கனடா பிரதமரின் இந்தியப் பயணத்தில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட ஒப்பந்தங்கள் மற்றும் அறிவிப்புகள்

PM Modi met Canada PM Mark Carney on the sidelines of the G20 Leaders’ Summit in Johannesburg. The two leaders welcomed the adoption of Australia-Canada-India Technology and Innovation (ACITI) Partnership and appreciated the renewed momentum in ties since their June 2025 meeting in Kananaskis. India, Australia, and Canada have agreed to enter into a new trilateral partnership: the Australia-Canada-India Technology and Innovation (ACITI) Partnership. The three sides agreed to strengthen their ambition in cooperation on critical and emerging technologies. The Partnership will also examine the development and mass adoption of artificial intelligence to improve citizens' lives.
