At a BJP meeting on morning of July 28th, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid rich tributes to Former President of India, Dr. Abdul Kalam. In his remarks, the Prime Minister said that Dr. Kalam was first a ‘Rashtra Ratna’ and then a ‘Rashtrapati.’ Adding further, he said that Dr. Kalam was an ordinary person with extraordinary personality.
