The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has written to President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, H.E. Mr. Nursultan Nazarbayev, greeting him on the occasion of his 75th birthday.

The Text of the Prime Minister’s letter as follows,” Please accept my heartiest greetings and felicitations on the occasion of your 75th birthday. We admire your extraordinary vision and leadership in guiding Kazakhstan’s development as a nation and its rapid progress over the past two and half decades. We also greatly value your strong and steadfast support for relations between our two countries.

I keenly look forward to meeting you in Astana during my forthcoming visit to Kazakhstan.

I wish you good health, well-being and success in the days ahead.”

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has thanked world leaders for their greetings on India’s 74th Republic Day.

In response to a tweet by the Prime Minister of Australia, the Prime Minister said;

"Thank you Prime Minister @AlboMP. Greetings to you and to the friendly people of Australia on Australia Day."

In response to a tweet by the Prime Minister of Nepal, the Prime Minister said; "Thank You @cmprachanda ji for your warm wishes!"

In response to a tweet by the Prime Minister of Bhutan, the Prime Minister said; "Thank you @PMBhutan Dr. Lotay Tshering for your warm wishes! India is committed to its unique partnership with Bhutan for progress and prosperity of both our nations."
