The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has extended his condolences over loss of lives in stampede incident in Mumbai 

The Prime Minister said, "My deepest condolences to all those who have lost their lives due to the stampede in Mumbai. Prayers with those who are injured. 

Situation in Mumbai is being continuously monitored. Rail Minister Piyush Goyal is in Mumbai taking stock of the situation & ensuring all assistance."

PM Narendra Modi arrived to a warm welcome in Osaka, Japan. He will be attending the G-20 Summit, where he will elaborate on many issues of global importance and present India’s viewpoint.

On the sidelines of the Summit, PM Modi will also hold bilateral and multilateral interactions with several world leaders.
