On 21st May, Shri Narendra Modi attended the BJP Parliamentary Board Meeting in New Delhi. Expressing his views in the meeting, Shri Narendra Modi stressed on the need to highlight UPA’s failure among the people. He also suggested that connecting with the youth is utmost important in today’s times & social media can play a vital role in connecting the party with the youth. “The spread and reach of social media and social network should be used to reach out to the people, especially the youth” Shri Modi said.

Before the meeting, Shri Narendra Modi met Shri LK Advaniji, Shri Rajnath Singh ji and Shri Nitin Gadkari Ji at their residences. Earlier in the day, Shri Modi tweeted “In Delhi today. Had a wonderful meeting with Advaniji on arrival at Delhi. Now heading to meet Nitin Gadkariji”.

BJP President Shri Rajnath Singh Ji, Shri LK Advani Ji and other senior leaders of BJP were present at the meeting.

BJP Parliamentary Board secretary Shri Ananth Kumar told media reporters after the meeting “We discussed the nine years of UPA rule. This Government has failed on all fronts, be it price rise, internal and external security or the economic situation. BJP will launch a jail bharo programme from May 27 to June 2”.

After the Parliamentary Board Meeting, Shri Modi met former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji at his residence and inquired about his health.

Prime Minister highlights 12 years of the government dedicated to trust, development, and public welfare

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today stated that the past 12 years of the government have been dedicated to trust, development, and public welfare. The Prime Minister noted that with the blessings of 140 crore countrymen and the spirit of Nation First, no stone has been left unturned in empowering the youth, women, and farmer brothers and sisters.

Shri Modi observed that it is the result of relentless efforts that today the country has gained a new identity across the world, from infrastructure to the digital revolution. To realize the resolution of a Viksit Bharat, the Prime Minister affirmed that the government will continue to move forward on this path of service, good governance, and prosperity.

The Prime Minister posted on X:

"हमारी सरकार के बीते 12 वर्ष विश्वास, विकास और जनकल्याण को समर्पित रहे हैं। 140 करोड़ देशवासियों के आशीर्वाद और राष्ट्र प्रथम की भावना से हमने युवाओं, महिलाओं और अपने किसान भाई-बहनों को सशक्त बनाने में कोई कोर-कसर नहीं छोड़ी है। यह हमारे अथक प्रयासों का ही परिणाम है कि इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर से लेकर डिजिटल क्रांति तक आज देश को दुनियाभर में एक नई पहचान मिली है। विकसित भारत के संकल्प को साकार करने के लिए हम सेवा, सुशासन और समृद्धि के इसी पथ पर निरंतर आगे बढ़ते रहेंगे।
