ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਨੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਹਿਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨਿਗਮ ਨੂੰ 2025-26 ਤੋਂ 2028-29 ਤੱਕ ਚਾਰ ਵਰ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਆਦ ਲਈ 2,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਾਂਟ-ਇਨ-ਏਡ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿੱਤ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ 2025-26 ਤੋਂ ਹਰੇਕ ਸਾਲ 500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਦੇਸਵਾਸੀਓ ਨਮਸਕਾਰ। ‘ਮਨ ਕੀ ਬਾਤ’ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਗੱਲ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਫਲਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ, ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਹਫਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਸਪੋਰਟਸ ਹੋਵੇ, ਸਾਇੰਸ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤੀ, ਬਹੁਤ ਕੁਝ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ’ਤੇ ਹਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਾਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਣ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਹੀ ਸ਼ੁਭਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਸ਼ੁਕਲਾ ਦੀ ਸਪੇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਚਰਚਾ ਹੋਈ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਸ਼ੁਭਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਧਰਤੀ ’ਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਉੱਤਰੇ, ਲੋਕ ਉਛਲ ਪਏ, ਹਰ ਦਿਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਦੌੜ ਗਈ। ਪੂਰਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਮਾਣ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਗਿਆ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਅਗਸਤ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਚੰਦਰਯਾਨ-3 ਦੀ ਸਫਲ ਲੈਂਡਿੰਗ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ, ਉਦੋਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕ ਨਵਾਂ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਬਣਿਆ। ਸਾਇੰਸ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ, ਸਪੇਸ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕ ਨਵੀਂ ਜਿਗਿਆਸਾ ਵੀ ਜਾਗੀ। ਹੁਣ ਛੋਟੇ-ਛੋਟੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਸਪੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਵਾਂਗੇ, ਅਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਚੰਨ ’ਤੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਂਗੇ - ਸਪੇਸ ਸਾਇੰਟਿਸਟ ਬਣਾਂਗੇ।

ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਿਟੇਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ 24 ਜੁਲਾਈ, 2025 ਨੂੰ ਲੰਦਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਵੱਲੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨਵੇਂ “ਭਾਰਤ-ਬ੍ਰਿਟੇਨ ਵਿਜ਼ਨ 2035” ਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਸਵੀਕ੍ਰਿਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਮੁੜ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਾਂਝੇਦਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਨ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਬੱਧਤਾ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮਹੱਤਵਅਕਾਂਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ-ਕੇਂਦ੍ਰਿਤ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ, ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਬਦਲਦੇ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਦੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਸੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ, ਸਮ੍ਰਿੱਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਮ੍ਰਿੱਧ, ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਅਤੇ ਟਿਕਾਊ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਨੂੰ ਆਕਾਰ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਨੂੰ ਰੇਖਾਂਕਿਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
