ਅੱਜ ਮੈਂ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਅਹਿਮ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ 'ਤੇ, ਖ਼ਾਸ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਾਵਾਂ, ਭੈਣਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਧੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਇਆ ਹਾਂ! ਅੱਜ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਹਰ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਵੇਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਨਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਉਡਾਣ ਰੋਕ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਰਹਿਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਕੁਚਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਕਈ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ, 'ਨਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਵੰਦਨ ਐਕਟ' ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕੀ! ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਮਾਵਾਂ-ਭੈਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਖਿਮਾ ਦਾ ਜਾਚਕ ਹਾਂ।ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕੀਤਾ
