ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਵਾਸੀਓ, ਨਮਸਕਾਰ। ਅੱਜ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ‘ਮਨ ਕੀ ਬਾਤ’ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਪੀੜ ਹੈ। 22 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਗਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਨੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਪੀੜ੍ਹਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਹਰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਰਾਜ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਹ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਬੋਲਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਲੇਕਿਨ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਰਦ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਹਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਜ਼ੀਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਅਹਿਸਾਸ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਖੂਨ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਖੌਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਹਿਲਗਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਇਹ ਹਮਲਾ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਖਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੁਜ਼ਦਿਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ, ਸਕੂਲਾਂ-ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ vibrancy ਸੀ, ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਨੋਖੀ ਗਤੀ ਆਈ ਸੀ, ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਸੈਲਾਨੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਮਾਈ ਵਧ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ, ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਨਵੇਂ ਮੌਕੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ, ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਰਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ। ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਆਕਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇੰਨੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਇਸ ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਏਕਤਾ, 140 ਕਰੋੜ ਭਾਰਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕਜੁੱਟਤਾ, ਸਾਡੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਹੈ। ਇਹੀ ਏਕਤਾ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਸਾਡੀ ਫੈਸਲਾਕੁੰਨ ਲੜਾਈ ਦਾ ਅਧਾਰ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਇਸ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਕਲਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਇੱਛਾ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਵੇਖ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੂਰਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਇੱਕ ਸੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੋਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।Delhi needs a government that works in coordination, not one that thrives on conflicts: PM Modi
