ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਇੱਕ ਪੌਡਕਾਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈਕਸ ਫ੍ਰਿਡਮੈਨ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇੱਕ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿਉਂ ਵਰਤ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਲੈਕਸ ਫ੍ਰਿਡਮੈਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਰਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ, ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਪਰੰਪਰਾਵਾਂ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਨਾਲ ਗਹਿਰਾਈ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਧਰਮ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਰਸਮਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਬਲਕਿ ਜੀਵਨ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਇੱਕ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੈ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਰਤ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਖ਼ੁਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਤੁਲਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਧਨ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਰਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਨਾਲ ਇੰਦਰੀਆਂ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਵਰਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸੂਖਮ ਖੁਸ਼ਬੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵੇਰਵਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਵਰਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਨਾਲ ਸੋਚਣ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਨਵੇਂ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀਕੋਣ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਵੇਕਲੀ ਸੋਚ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਵਰਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਭੋਜਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਹੇਜ਼ ਕਰਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ; ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਡੀਟੌਕਸੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਈ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਯੁਰਵੈਦਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਗ ਅਭਿਆਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਰਤ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਾਈਡ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ 'ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਵਰਤ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਉਹ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਵੈ-ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੇਖਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਗਹਿਰਾ ਆਤਮ-ਨਿਰੀਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਕੇਂਦ੍ਰਿਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਰਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਨਿਜੀ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਤੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਇੱਕ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਵਰਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਊਰਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਉਛਾਲ਼ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਯਕੀਨ ਦਿਵਾਇਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਵਰਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਰਚਨਾਤਮਕ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਵਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।ਬਿਹਤਰ ਰਣਨੀਤਕ ਸਾਂਝੇਦਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤ-ਮੌਰੀਸ਼ਸ ਦਾ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀਕੋਣ
