Both India and Bhutan agreed on MoUs ranging across sectors also having agreed on and initialled the text of the MoU on Establishment of Rail Links between India and Bhutan. Addressing the students at the Royal University of Bhutan in Thimphu PM Narendra Modi called for deep academic collaboration and research between premier educational institutions of both the countries.
