ਜਿਵੇਂ-ਜਿਵੇਂ ਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਮੌਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਰੋਤ, ਦੋਵੇਂ ਕੁਝ ਕੁ ਹੀ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਂਦ੍ਰਿਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕ੍ਰਿਟਿਕਲ ਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ’ਤੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਵਧ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਤਾਂ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਹੈ, ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਇਨੋਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੋਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ “ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਂਪੂਰਨ ਭਵਿੱਖ” ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ’ਤੇ ਜੀ-20 ਦੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕੀਤਾ

ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਜੀ-20 ਸਿਖਰ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਦੇ ਤੀਜੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ “ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਂਪੂਰਨ ਭਵਿੱਖ - ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਖਣਿਜ; ਉੱਤਮ ਕਾਰਜ; ਆਰਟੀਫਿਸ਼ਲ ਇੰਟੈਲੀਜੈਂਸ” ਸੀ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਲਾਰਾ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਲਿਕ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਦੀ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ‘ਵਿੱਤ-ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ’ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ‘ਮਨੁੱਖ-ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ’, ‘ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ’ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ‘ਵਿਸ਼ਵ-ਵਿਆਪੀ’ ਅਤੇ ‘ਖ਼ਾਸ ਮਾਡਲ’ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ‘ਓਪਨ ਸੋਰਸ’ ’ਤੇ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀਕੋਣ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਈਕੋਸਿਸਟਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਲਾਭ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਪੁਲਾੜ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਕੰਮ ਹੋਣ, ਏਆਈ ਜਾਂ ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਹੋਣ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਹਰੀ ਹੈ।
