ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਸ੍ਰੀਨਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੇਰ-ਏ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਕੇਂਦਰ (SKICC-ਐੱਸਕੇਆਈਸੀਸੀ) ਵਿੱਚ ‘ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਸ਼ਕਤ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ, ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ’ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੋਡ, ਵਾਟਰ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਚੇਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਨਫ੍ਰਾਸਟ੍ਰਕਚਰ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਸਹਿਤ 1,500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੋਂ ਭੀ ਅਧਿਕ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਈ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ 1,800 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਵਾਲੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ (JKCIP-ਜੇਕੇਸੀਆਈਪੀ) ਭੀ ਲਾਂਚ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ 200 ਨਵੇਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਰਿਕਰੂਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਪੱਤਰ ਸੌਂਪਣ ਦੀ ਭੀ ਪਹਿਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਅਵਸਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨੀ ਦਾ ਅਵਲੋਕਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸ਼ਾਸਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਯੁਵਾ ਅਚੀਵਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ।ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਹਰ ਘਰ ਤਿਰੰਗਾ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਝਲਕੀਆਂ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ
