PM Modi addressed the Bagurumba Dwhou 2026, a historic cultural event celebrating the rich heritage of the Bodo community, in Guwahati. In his speech, the PM highlighted that under their government, Assamese culture is being given prominence. He noted that the 2020 Bodo Peace Accord brought an end to decades of conflict, enabling youth to join the mainstream. ਸਵੱਛ ਊਰਜਾ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਜੈਵਿਕ ਈਂਧਣ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰਤਾ ਘਟਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ, ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਅਸਾਮ ਦੇ ਗੋਲਾਘਾਟ ਵਿਖੇ ਨੁਮਾਲੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਰਿਫਾਇਨਰੀ ਲਿਮਿਟੇਡ (ਐੱਨਆਰਐੱਲ) ਵਿਖੇ ਅਸਾਮ ਬਾਇਓਇਥੇਨੌਲ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੌਲੀਪ੍ਰੋਪਾਇਲੀਨ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਦਾ ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਇਕੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਸਾਮ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰੋਦੀਆ ਦੁਰਗਾ ਪੂਜਾ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਹਾਰਦਿਕ ਸ਼ੁਭਕਾਮਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤ ਸ੍ਰੀਮੰਤ ਸ਼ੰਕਰਦੇਵ ਦੀ ਜਨਮ ਵਰ੍ਹੇਗੰਢ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਿਕਾਰਯੋਗ ਗੁਰੂਜਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਭੇਟ ਕੀਤੀ।
