PM Modi addressed the Parliament of Namibia and expressed gratitude to the people of Namibia for conferring upon him their highest national honour. Recalling the historic ties and shared struggle for freedom between the two nations, he paid tribute to Dr. Sam Nujoma, the founding father of Namibia.
