In his address at the Chhattisgarh Rajat Mahotsav, PM Modi said that participating in the Silver Jubilee celebrations was a matter of great fortune for him. Launching multiple developmental projects worth over ₹14,260 crore across key sectors such as roads, industry, healthcare and energy, the PM remarked that Chhattisgarh is now emerging as an industrial state. ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ନୟା ରାୟପୁରରେ ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଗଠନର ୨୫ ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ତ୍ତି ଅବସରରେ ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ ରଜତ ମହୋତ୍ସବରେ ଉଦବୋଧନ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ରାସ୍ତା, ଶିଳ୍ପ, ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା ଏବଂ ଶକ୍ତି ଭଳି ପ୍ରମୁଖ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ କରି ୧୪,୨୬୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ଅଧିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟର ବିକାଶମୂଳକ ଏବଂ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନକାରୀ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଉଦଘାଟନ ଏବଂ ଭିତ୍ତିପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଭାଷଣ ଦେଇ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ର ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କୁ ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା ଜଣାଇ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଆଜି ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଗଠନର ୨୫ ବର୍ଷ ପୂରଣ କରିଛି। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ, ସେ ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ର ସମସ୍ତ ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କୁ ହୃଦୟର ସହିତ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଏବଂ ଶୁଭକାମନା ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି।
