At the inauguration of ₹34,200 crore development works in Bhavnagar, PM Modi recalled India’s historic strength as a maritime power and shipbuilding hub. Blaming Congress for the collapse of shipbuilding ecosystem, he said that with the vision of self-reliance, the maritime sector is now advancing towards next-gen reforms. ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ଗୁଜରାଟର ଭାବନଗରରେ ୩୪,୨୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ଅଧିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟର ବିକାଶମୂଳକ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଉଦଘାଟନ ଏବଂ ଭିତ୍ତିପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସମୁଦ୍ର ସେ ସମୃଦ୍ଧି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଉଦବୋଧନ ଦେଇ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସମସ୍ତ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ୱାଗତ କରିଥିଲେ। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୧୭ ତାରିଖରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପଠାଯାଇଥିବା ଜନ୍ମଦିନର ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା ପାଇଁ କୃତଜ୍ଞତା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିଲେ। ଲୋକଙ୍କଠାରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ମିଳିଥିବା ସ୍ନେହକୁ ଶକ୍ତିର ଏକ ମହାନ ଉତ୍ସ ଭାବରେ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରି ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ଆଲୋକପାତ କରିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଦେଶ ବିଶ୍ୱକର୍ମା ଜୟନ୍ତୀରୁ ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ଜୟନ୍ତୀ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୧୭ ରୁ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୨ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସେବା ପଖୱାଡା (ସେବା ପକ୍ଷ) ପାଳନ କରୁଛି। ସେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଗତ ଦୁଇରୁ ତିନି ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗୁଜରାଟରେ ଅନେକ ସେବାମୂଳକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ହୋଇଛି। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଥିଲେ ଯେ ଶହ ଶହ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରକ୍ତଦାନ ଶିବିର ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଇଛି, ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଏକ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲୋକ ରକ୍ତଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ଆହୁରି ମଧ୍ୟ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଅନେକ ସହରରେ ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛତା ଅଭିଯାନ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି, ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲକ୍ଷ ନାଗରିକ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଭାବରେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ରାଜ୍ୟବ୍ୟାପୀ ୩୦,୦୦୦ ରୁ ଅଧିକ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଶିବିର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯାଇଛି, ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ଜନସାଧାରଣ, ବିଶେଷକରି ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କର ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଏବଂ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରାଯାଉଛି। ସେ ଦେଶବ୍ୟାପୀ ସେବା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଜଡିତ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ତାଙ୍କର କୃତଜ୍ଞତା ଏବଂ କୃତଜ୍ଞତା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
