ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆସାମର ଦିବ୍ରୁଗଡ଼ରେ ଉତ୍ତର-ପୂର୍ବର ପ୍ରଥମ ଜରୁରୀ ଅବତରଣ ସୁବିଧା (ଇ. ଏଲ୍. ଏଫ୍.) କୁ ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏହା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗର୍ବର ବିଷୟ ଯେ ଉତ୍ତର-ପୂର୍ବାଞ୍ଚଳକୁ ଏକ ଜରୁରୀ ଅବତରଣ ସୁବିଧା ମିଳିଛି ଏବଂ ରଣନୈତିକ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିକୋଣରୁ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ସମୟରେ ଏହା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ।
