ଆଜି, ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୧୨ ତାରିଖ, ଏକ ଐତିହାସିକ ଦିନ । ୧୯୩୦ ମସିହା ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୧୨ ତାରିଖରେ ମହାତ୍ମା ଗାନ୍ଧୀ ସାବରମତୀ ଆଶ୍ରମରୁ ଦାଣ୍ଡି ଯାତ୍ରା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହା ଭାରତର ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନରେ ଏକ ନୂତନ ମୋଡ଼ ଥିଲା, କାରଣ ଏହି ଯାତ୍ରା ଦେଶର ପ୍ରତିଟି କୋଣକୁ ଏକମାତ୍ର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ‘ଭାରତର ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା’ ସହିତ ଯୋଡ଼ିଥିଲା। ଆଜି ଏହି ଐତିହାସିକ ଯାତ୍ରାର ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୦୦ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ, ଆମେ ଭାରତୀୟମାନେ ଆଉ ଏକ ଯାତ୍ରାରେ ବାହାରିଛୁ । ଏହି ଯାତ୍ରା ହେଉଛି ବିକଶିତ ଭାରତର ଯାତ୍ରା । ଆମର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଗୋଟିଏ, ଆମର ଗନ୍ତବ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥଳ ମଧ୍ୟ ଗୋଟିଏ, ତାହା ହେଲା- ବିକଶିତ ଭାରତ। ଏହି ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତି ଦିଗରେ, ଏହିଭଳି ସମ୍ମିଳନୀରେ ହେଉଥିବା ମନ୍ଥନ ଏବଂ ସେଥିରୁ ବାହାରୁଥିବା ଅମୃତ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ଭୂମିକା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରେ । ମୋତେ ନେକ୍ସଟ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀକୁ (Nxt Summit) ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରିଥିବାରୁ ମୁଁ ଆପଣ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କୃତଜ୍ଞ । ଏଠାକୁ ଦେଶ ଓ ବିଦେଶରୁ ଅନେକ ସହକର୍ମୀ ଆସିଛନ୍ତି; କିଛି ପୁରୁଣା ପରିଚିତ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଛନ୍ତି । ମୁଁ ଆପଣ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଉଛି । ବନ୍ଧୁଗଣ, ୨୧ତମ ଶତାବ୍ଦୀର ଏହି ସମୟ ‘ନ ଭୂତୋ ନ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତି’ (ଯାହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ କେବେ ଘଟିନି କି ଭବିଷ୍ୟତରେ ଘଟିବ ନାହିଁ) ଭଳି । ଗୋଟିଏ ପଟେ ଯୁଦ୍ଧର ଭୟାବହତା ରହିଛି, ଯୋଗାଣ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳା ପୁଣି ଥରେ ନଷ୍ଟ ହେଉଛି ଏବଂ ଜାତିସଂଘ ଭଳି ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତରୀୟ ସଂସ୍ଥାଗୁଡ଼ିକର ପ୍ରାସଙ୍ଗିକତା ଉପରେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନବାଚୀ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେଉଛି । ଏଭଳି ସମୟରେ, ଏହି ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବି ଆମ ଭାରତ ଅଗ୍ରସର ହେଉଛି । ଆଜି ଇତିହାସର ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ, ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶର ନାମ ସବୁଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଆଲୋଚନା ହେଉଛି, ତାହା ହେଉଛି ଭାରତ । ସାମ୍ପ୍ରତିକ ଅନେକ ସଙ୍କଟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ, ବିଶ୍ୱର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଗମ୍ଭୀର ନେତା ଏବଂ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କର ଭାରତ ପ୍ରତି ବହୁତ ବଡ଼ ଆଶା ରହିଛି । ନିକଟରେ ଫିନଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଆଲେକ୍ସଜାଣ୍ଡାର ଷ୍ଟବ ଭାରତ ଆସିଥିଲେ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ‘ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ବିଶ୍ୱ (ଗ୍ଲୋବାଲ ସାଉଥ’) ଏବେ ବିଶ୍ୱର ଦିଗ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ କରିବ ଏବଂ ସେହି ଦିଗ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ କରିବାରେ ଭାରତ ସବୁଠାରୁ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ଦେଶ ହେବ । ଏହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ କାନାଡାର ପୂର୍ବତନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କାର୍ଣ୍ଣି ମଧ୍ୟ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଆଗାମୀ ତିନି ଦଶନ୍ଧି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିଶ୍ୱର ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ମାଧ୍ୟାକର୍ଷଣ ଯେଉଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରକୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତରିତ ହେଉଛି, ତାହା ହେଉଛି ଭାରତ । ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ମାକ୍ରୋଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରନ୍ତି ଯେ ବିଶ୍ୱର ବଡ଼ ବଡ଼ ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ ଭାରତ ଏକ ଅପରିହାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଅଂଶୀଦାର ପାଲଟିଛି । ଆଜି ଯଦି ଆମେ ବୈଷୟିକ ଏବଂ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ଜଗତର ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତରୀୟ ନେତାମାନଙ୍କ ବକ୍ତବ୍ୟର ସାରାଂଶ କାଢ଼ିବା, ତେବେ କେବଳ ଗୋଟିଏ ଭାବନା ଉକୁଟି ଆସେ - ଯଦି ଆପଣ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତର ଅଂଶ ହେବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁଛନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ଭାରତ ସହିତ ଯୋଡ଼ି ହେବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ; ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ଭାରତରେ ରହିବାକୁ ହେବ ।
