ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଆଜି ସଂସଦରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ସର୍ଭେ ଭାରତ ସଂସ୍କାର ଏକ୍ସପ୍ରେସର ଏକ ବିସ୍ତୃତ ଚିତ୍ର ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଛି। ଏହା ଏକ ଆହ୍ୱାନପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବୈଶ୍ୱିକ ପରିବେଶରେ ସ୍ଥିର ପ୍ରଗତିକୁ ପ୍ରତିଫଳିତ କରୁଛି। ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ସର୍ଭେରେ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ ବୃହତ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ମୌଳିକତା, ନିରନ୍ତର ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ଗତି ଏବଂ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ନିର୍ମାଣରେ ନବସୃଜନ, ଉଦ୍ୟମିତା ଏବଂ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମିର ସମ୍ପ୍ରସାରିତ ଭୂମିକା ଉପରେ ଆଲୋକପାତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ସର୍ଭେ କୃଷକ, ଏମ୍ଏସ୍ଏମ୍ଇ, ଯୁବ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଏବଂ ସାମାଜିକ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ଉପରେ ଧ୍ୟାନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରିତ କରି ସମାବେଶୀ ବିକାଶର ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱକୁ ରେଖାଙ୍କିତ କରିଛି। ଏହା ଉତ୍ପାଦନକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରିବା, ଉତ୍ପାଦିକତା ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବା ଏବଂ ଏକ ବିକଶିତ ଭାରତ ହେବା ଦିଗରେ ଆମର ଯାତ୍ରାକୁ ତ୍ୱରାନ୍ୱିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ରୋଡମ୍ୟାପକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ରେଖାଙ୍କିତ କରୁଛି ବୋଲି ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି।
