Prime Minister’s visit to the United Arab Emirates

During PM Modi's official visit to the United Arab Emirates, he held discussions with UAE President HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The PM reaffirmed India’s strong condemnation of the attacks on the UAE and also conveyed India’s position in favour of ensuring safe transit passage through the Strait of Hormuz. PM Modi and President Lee Jae Myung of the Republic of Korea held productive and in-depth exchange of views on mutually beneficial cooperation in shipbuilding, shipping and maritime logistics. ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ରଣନୀତିକ ଏବଂ ଆର୍ଥିକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱକୁ ସ୍ୱୀକାର କରି, ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ ଆଜି ଭାରତର ଜାହାଜ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଏବଂ ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଇକୋସିଷ୍ଟମକୁ ପୁନର୍ଜୀବିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ 69,725 କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ଏକ ବ୍ୟାପକ ପ୍ୟାକେଜକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରିଛି । ଏହି ପ୍ୟାକେଜରେ ଘରୋଇ କ୍ଷମତାକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରିବା, ଦୀର୍ଘକାଳୀନ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତାରେ ଉନ୍ନତି ଆଣିବା, ସବୁଜ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ଏବଂ ବ୍ରାଉନଫିଲ୍ଡ ଜାହାଜ ନିର୍ମାଣ ବିକାଶକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିବା, ବୈଷୟିକ କ୍ଷମତା ଓ ଦକ୍ଷତା ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବା ଏବଂ ଏକ ଦୃଢ଼ ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆଇନଗତ, ଟିକସ ଓ ନୀତିଗତ ସଂସ୍କାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଚାରି-ସ୍ତମ୍ଭ ଆଧାରିତ ପଦ୍ଧତି ପ୍ରଚଳନ କରାଯାଇଛି।
