ଗୁୟାନାର ସାଧାରଣ ଏବଂ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଅପୂର୍ବ ସଫଳତା ଲାଭ କରିଥିବାରୁ, ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ଇରଫାନ ଅଲୀଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ହାର୍ଦ୍ଦିକ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, “ଦୁଇ ଦେଶର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ଦୃଢ଼ ଏବଂ ଐତିହାସିକ ସମ୍ପର୍କ ଆଧାରରେ ଭାରତ-ଗୁୟାନା ସହଭାଗିତାକୁ ଅଧିକ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରିବାକୁ ମୁଁ ଆଗ୍ରହୀ ।”
