World leaders from across the globe congratulated PM Modi on becoming India’s longest continuously serving democratically elected PM in consecutive terms. Leaders from Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Nigeria, the Malpes, Kenya, South Korea, Italy, Denmark, Cyprus and Greece praised his leadership, public service and contribution to India’s progress, while reaffirming their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties and cooperation with India.

Release of Commemorative Stamps on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of establishment of India-Maldives diplomatic relations

PM Modi and Malpes President Muizzu jointly released commemorative stamps on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of India-Malpes diplomatic relations. Reflecting the age-old bilateral ties, the stamps depict the Indian boat Uru - a large wooden dhow handcrafted in the historic boatyards of Beypore, Kerala, and the traditional Malpian fishing boat - Vadhu Dhoni.
