Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the President of France, H.E. Emmanuel Macron, today jointly inaugurated ''Bharat Innovates 2026'' at the Palais des Expositions, Nice. Bharat Innovates, a three-day event, brings together Indian deep-tech start-ups, innovators, researchers and investors with global innovation funds and footprint. It showcases India's premier deep technology at the global stage, presenting 120 pathbreaking start-ups and over 20 Institutes of Excellence, across 13 critical technology pillars of global importance. PM Modi will visit France from 13-14 June 2026 and again from 16-19 June 2026. During his initial visit to France, he will hold discussions with President Emmanuel Macron and jointly inaugurate the 'Bharat Innovates' event. He will then visit Slovakia from 14-16 June 2026 to hold discussions with PM Robert Fico and meet President Peter Pellegrini.
