୨୦୨୧ ମସିହାରେ, ଯେତେବେଳେ ମୁଁ ଭିଭାଟେକକୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କରିଥିଲି, ସେତେବେଳେ ବିଶ୍ୱ COVID-19 ର ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ସହ ଲଢ଼ୁଥିଲା। ଆଜି ବିଶ୍ୱ ଅନ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକାରର ବିଘ୍ନର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେଉଛି। ମୁଁ ଭିଭାଟେକ ୨୦୨୧ ରେ ଯେଉଁ ବାର୍ତ୍ତାକୁ ଦେଇଥିଲି ଆଜି ମଧ୍ୟ ତାହାକୁ ପୁନରାବୃତ୍ତି କରୁଛି — “ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ପାରମ୍ପରିକ ପଦ୍ଧତି ବିଫଳ ହୁଏ, ସେଠାରେ ନବୋନ୍ମେଷ ସହାୟକ ହୋଇଥାଏ ।”ୟୁରୋପର ସର୍ବବୃହତ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ମେଳାରେ ଯୋଗଦେଲେ ଭାରତର ୮୦ ଡିପ ଟେକ୍ କମ୍ପାନୀ

ଟେକ୍-ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗୀ, ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟ-ଅପ୍, ନିବେଶକ ଏବଂ ବ୍ୟବସାୟିକ ନେତୃବୃନ୍ଦଙ୍କ ସମାବେଶକୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ମାନବ-କୈନ୍ଦ୍ରିକ କୃତ୍ରିମ ବୁଦ୍ଧିମତ୍ତା ( ଏଆଇ) ଏବଂ ଅତ୍ୟାଧୁନିକ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିବିଦ୍ୟା ପାଇଁ ଭାରତର ଦୂରଦୃଷ୍ଟି ତଥା ଉଦୀୟମାନ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିବିଦ୍ୟା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଭାରତ-ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସହଯୋଗର ପରିସର ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଉଛି। ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିବିଦ୍ୟା ଭାରତରେ ଅନେକ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖନୀୟ ରୂପାନ୍ତରଣ କରିଥିବା ସେ ଆଲୋକପାତ କରିଥିଲେ। ଡିଜିଟାଲ୍ ପେମେଣ୍ଟ, ଏଆଇ ଆଧାରିତ କୃଷି ପ୍ରଗତିଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ଅତ୍ୟାଧୁନିକ ମହାକାଶ ପ୍ରୟୋଗ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅନେକ ସଂସ୍କାର ଆଣିବାରେ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତି ବିଦ୍ୟା ସକ୍ଷମ ହୋଇଥିବା ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି। ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅଭିଭାଷଣ ପରେ, ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ଏବଂ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତି ମାକ୍ରୋନ୍ ଶିଳ୍ପ, ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା, ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ବିକାଶ ଏବଂ ଯାତାୟାତ ପାଇଁ ଅତ୍ୟାଧୁନିକ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିବିଦ୍ୟା ଏବଂ ବ୍ୟାବହାରିକ ସମାଧାନ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରୁଥିବା ଭାରତୀୟ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟ-ଅପ୍ ଏବଂ ନବସୃଜନକାରୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିଲେ।India-France Innovation Roadmap 2030
