In yet another global honour for PM Modi, he was conferred the ‘Grand Cross of the Royal Norwegian Order of Merit’ by His Majesty King Harald V of Norway. The award is conferred in recognition of the outstanding service in the interest of Norway and humankind. Expressing deep gratitude to the King and the people of Norway, the PM dedicated the award to the historic friendship between India and Norway.

During the visit, he will meet various Heads of State and hold discussions to further strengthen partnerships across key sectors. Highlights of the visit include his participation in the European Round Table for Industry in Sweden and the 3rd India-Nordic Summit in Oslo.
