Cabinet approves Minimum Support Prices (MSP) for Kharif Crops for Marketing Season 2026-27

In line with the announcements made in Union Budget 2018-19, the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) chaired by PM Modi has approved the increase in the MSP for 14 Kharif crops for Marketing Season 2026-27. This will ensure remunerative prices for growers for their produce. During the period 2014-15 to 2025-26, the government's procurement of 14 Kharif crops was 8746 LMT, while during the period 2004-05 to 2013-14, procurement stood at 4679 LMT.It is the need of the hour that we transform 'Vocal for Local' into a mass movement: PM Modi in Vadodara

The Union Cabinet chaired by PM Modi has approved proposal of the Department of Fertilizers for fixing the Nutrient Based Subsidy (NBS) rates for KHARIF Season, 2026 on Phosphatic and Potassic (P&K) fertilizers.
