ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶର ଗ୍ରେଟର ନୋଏଡାରେ ‘ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନୀ -୨୦୨୫’କୁ ଉଦଘାଟନ ଏବଂ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନୀରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀ, ନିବେଶକ, ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗୀ ଏବଂ ଯୁବ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ୱାଗତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ୨,୨୦୦ ରୁ ଅଧିକ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶକ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଉତ୍ପାଦ ଏବଂ ସେବା ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରୁଥିବାରୁ ସେ ଖୁସି ବ୍ୟକ୍ତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ଏହି ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନୀର ସଂସ୍କରଣ ପାଇଁ ଋଷ ଦେଶ ଅଂଶୀଦାର ବୋଲି ଆଲୋକପାତ କରିଛନ୍ତି, ଯାହା ଏକ ପରୀକ୍ଷିତ ସହଭାଗୀ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ତାର ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ବହନ କରୁଛି। ସେ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଆୟୋଜନ ପାଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଯୋଗୀ ଆଦିତ୍ୟନାଥ, ସରକାରୀ ସହକର୍ମୀ ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଅଂଶୀଦାରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଏହି ଅବସରଟି ପଣ୍ଡିତ ଦୀନଦୟାଲ ଉପାଧ୍ୟାୟଙ୍କ ଜନ୍ମଜୟନ୍ତୀ ସହିତ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଅଟେ, ଯିଏ ସମାଜର ସବୁଠୁ ପଛରେ ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ଉନ୍ନତି ପାଇଁ - ଅନ୍ତ୍ୟୋଦୟ ପଥ ଉପରେ ଦେଶକୁ ନେତୃତ୍ୱ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ସେ ଜୋର ଦେଇ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଅନ୍ତ୍ୟୋଦୟ ଅର୍ଥ ହେଉଛି ବିକାଶକୁ ତ୍ରୁଣମୂଳସ୍ତର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବା, ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାରର ଭେଦଭାବକୁ ଦୂର କରିବା। ସେ ଆହୁରି ମଧ୍ୟ ମନ୍ତବ୍ୟ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଭାରତ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଏହି ସମାବେଶୀମୂଳକ ଉନ୍ନତିର ମଡେଲ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ୱ ସାମ୍ନାରେ ଏକ ଉଦାହରଣ ଭାବରେ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରୁଛି।We are making UP a state of industrial possibilities: PM Modi in Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶର କାନପୁରରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୪୭,୬୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଶିଳାନ୍ୟାସ ଏବଂ ଉଦଘାଟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସମାବେଶକୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କରି ସେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଥିଲେ ଯେ ପହଲଗାଓଁରେ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ଆକ୍ରମଣ ଯୋଗୁଁ ୨୪ ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୨୦୨୫ରେ ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ଭାବରେ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା କାନପୁର ଗସ୍ତ ତାଙ୍କୁ ବାତିଲ କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିଥିଲା। ସେ ଏହି ବର୍ବରକାଣ୍ଡର ଶିକାର ହୋଇଥିବା କାନପୁରର ପୁଅ ଶ୍ରୀ ଶୁଭମ ଦ୍ୱିବେଦୀଙ୍କୁ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି ଅର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ସେ ସାରା ଦେଶରେ ଭଉଣୀ ଏବଂ ଝିଅଙ୍କ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, କଷ୍ଟ, କ୍ରୋଧ ଏବଂ ସାମୂହିକ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣାକୁ ଗଭୀର ଭାବରେ ଅନୁଭବ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଯେତେବେଳେ ଅପରେସନ ସିନ୍ଦୂର ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିଲା, ଏହି ସାମୂହିକ କ୍ରୋଧ ସାରା ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ଦେଖାଯାଇଥିଲା । ସେ ଅପରେସନ ସିନ୍ଦୂରର ସଫଳତା ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ କରିଥିଲେ, ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ପାକିସ୍ତାନରେ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ଆଡ୍ଡାଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଧ୍ୱଂସ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ପାକିସ୍ତାନୀ ସେନା ସଂଘର୍ଷର ଅନ୍ତ ପାଇଁ ନିବେଦନ କରିବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସଶସ୍ତ୍ର ବାହିନୀର ବୀରତ୍ୱକୁ ସଲାମ କରି କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସେ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ସଂଗ୍ରାମର ଭୂମିରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସାହସକୁ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି ଅର୍ପଣ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ଦୃଢ଼ ଭାବରେ ଦୋହରାଇଥିଲେ ଯେ ଅପରେସନ ସିନ୍ଦୂର ସମୟରେ ଦୟା ଭିକ୍ଷା କରୁଥିବା ଶତ୍ରୁ କୌଣସି ଭ୍ରମରେ ରହିବା ଉଚିତ୍ ନୁହେଁ କାରଣ ଅପରେସନ ସିନ୍ଦୁର ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଶେଷ ହୋଇନାହିଁ। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଲଢ଼େଇରେ ଭାରତର ତିନୋଟି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ନୀତିକୁ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ। ପ୍ରଥମତଃ, ଭାରତ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦୀ ଆକ୍ରମଣର ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣାୟକ ଜବାବ ଦେବ। ଏହି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାର ସମୟ, ପଦ୍ଧତି ଏବଂ ଅବସ୍ଥା କେବଳ ଭାରତୀୟ ସଶସ୍ତ୍ର ବାହିନୀ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣାୟକ ହେବ। ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟତଃ, ଭାରତ ଆଉ ପରମାଣୁ ଧମକ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଭୟଭୀତ ହେବ ନାହିଁ, କିମ୍ବା ଏପରି ଚେତାବନୀ ଉପରେ ଆଧାରିତ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେବ ନାହିଁ। ତୃତୀୟତଃ, ଭାରତ ଆତଙ୍କବାଦର ପୃଷ୍ଠପୋଷକ ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଶ୍ରୟ ଦେଉଥିବା ସରକାର ଉଭୟଙ୍କୁ ସମାନ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ଦେଖିବ। ପାକିସ୍ତାନର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଏବଂ ଅଣ-ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଅଭିନେତାଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପାର୍ଥକ୍ୟ ଆଉ ଗ୍ରହଣୀୟ ହେବ ନାହିଁ। ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଶତ୍ରୁ ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ଥାଆନ୍ତୁ, ତାକୁ ନିପାତ କରାଯିବ।
