ଆମ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଏବେ ଉତ୍ସବର ଆନନ୍ଦ ଚାଲିଛି। ଏଠାକାର ଗଣପର୍ବ ‘ରଜ’ ଗତ ସପ୍ତାହରେ ହିଁ ବେଶ୍‌ ଧୂମଧାମରେ ପାଳିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ମହାପ୍ରଭୁ ଶ୍ରୀ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥଙ୍କ ରଥଯାତ୍ରା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ମଧ୍ୟ ଜୋରସୋରରେ ଚାଲିଛି। ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜର ବାରିପଦା ମଧ୍ୟ ରଥଯାତ୍ରାକୁ ନେଇ ଉତ୍ସାହର ପରିବେଶ ଜମୁଛି। ଏବଂ, ଏସବୁ ଭିତରେ ଗଣତନ୍ତ୍ରର ବିକାଶର ଉତ୍ସବ ମଧ୍ୟ ଚାଲିଛି। ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବିଜେପି ସରକାର ନିଜର ୨ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଆପଣମାନଙ୍କ ଗହଣକୁ ଆସିବା, ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜ ଆସିବାର ଏହି ସୌଭାଗ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ଏତେ ବଡ଼ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ଆପଣମାନଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତି, ମୋ ପାଇଁ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର। ଆପଣମାନଙ୍କର ଏହି ଆପଣାପଣ ମୋତେ ବାରମ୍ବାର ଏଠାକୁ ଟାଣି ଆଣେ। ମୁଁ ଆପଣ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ହୃଦୟରୁ ବହୁତ ବହୁତ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଉଛି। ଏବଂ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କୁ ଡବଲ୍ ଇଞ୍ଜିନ ସରକାରରେ ବିକାଶ ଯାତ୍ରାର ମଧ୍ୟ ବଧେଇ ଜଣାଉଛି, ଶୁଭକାମନା ଜଣାଉଛି। ଏଥିସହିତ, ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ମୁଁ ପଣ୍ଡିତ ରଘୁନାଥ ମୁର୍ମୁ, ଡକ୍ଟର ଦମୟନ୍ତୀ ବେଶ୍ରା ଏବଂ ଶ୍ରୀ ଚରଣ ହେମ୍ବ୍ରମଙ୍କ ଭଳି ମହାନ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିତ୍ୱମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଣାମ କରୁଛି। ଶ୍ରୀ ରଘୁନାଥ ମୁର୍ମୁ ସନ୍ଥାଳୀ ଭାଷା ପାଇଁ ‘ଅଲ୍ ଚିକି’ ଲିପିର ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଥିଲେ। ଆମ ସରକାର ସନ୍ଥାଳୀ ଭାଷାରେ ଭାରତର ସମ୍ବିଧାନକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସନ୍ତାନମାନଙ୍କୁ ପଦ୍ମ ସମ୍ମାନରେ ସମ୍ମାନିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ବିଗତ ୨ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାର ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ମହାନୁଭବଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱପ୍ନକୁ ସାକାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଦିନରାତି ପରିଶ୍ରମ କରୁଛନ୍ତି।
