ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ବିହାରର ମୋତିହାରୀରେ ୭୦୦୦ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ଅଧିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟର ବିକାଶମୂଳକ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଉଦଘାଟନ, ଶିଳାନ୍ୟାସ ଏବଂ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ପବିତ୍ର ଶ୍ରାବଣ ମାସରେ ବାବା ସୋମେଶ୍ୱର ନାଥଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଣାମ କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବିହାରର ସମସ୍ତ ବାସିନ୍ଦାଙ୍କ ଜୀବନରେ ସୁଖ ଏବଂ ସମୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ଲୋଡ଼ିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିଥିଲେ। ସମାବେଶକୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କରି ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏହା ଚମ୍ପାରଣ ଭୂମି, ଏକ ଇତିହାସ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଥିବା ଭୂମି। ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ସମୟରେ ଏହି ଭୂମି ମହାତ୍ମା ଗାନ୍ଧୀଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ନୂତନ ଦିଗଦର୍ଶନ ଦେଇଥିଲା। ସେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ କରିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏହି ଭୂମିରୁ ପ୍ରେରଣା ଏବେ ବିହାରର ନୂତନ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ଗଢ଼ିବ। ଏହି ବିକାଶ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ପାଇଁ ସେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଏବଂ ବିହାରର ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଇଥିଲେ।ବିହାରର ସିୱାନଠାରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିକାଶମୂଳକ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ ଅବସରରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଅଭିଭାଷଣ
