ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ଗୁଜରାଟର କେଭାଡିଆ ଠାରେ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ଏକତା ଦିବସ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଉଦବୋଧନ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ସର୍ଦ୍ଦାର ପଟେଲଙ୍କ ୧୫୦ତମ ଜନ୍ମବାର୍ଷିକୀ ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଐତିହାସିକ ଅବସର। ଏକତା ନଗରର ସକାଳର ଦିବ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ମନୋରମ ଦୃଶ୍ୟକୁ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟଜନକ ବୋଲି ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରି ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ସର୍ଦ୍ଦାର ପଟେଲଙ୍କ ପାଦତଳେ ସାମୂହିକ ଉପସ୍ଥିତି ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ଦେଶ ଏକ ମହାନ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ମୁହୂର୍ତ୍ତର ସାକ୍ଷୀ ହେଉଛି। ସେ ଦେଶବ୍ୟାପୀ ଏକତା ଦୌଡ଼ ଏବଂ ଏଥିରେ କୋଟି କୋଟି ଭାରତୀୟଙ୍କ ଉତ୍ସାହୀ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ ଉପରେ ଆଲୋକପାତ କରିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ କରିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏକ ନୂତନ ଭାରତ ପାଇଁ ସଂକଳ୍ପ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ଅନୁଭୂତ ହେଉଛି। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଏବଂ ପୂର୍ବ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାର ଉଲ୍ଲେଖନୀୟ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନାକୁ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ , ଏହା ଅତୀତର ପରମ୍ପରା, ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନର ଶ୍ରମ ଓ ପରାକ୍ରମ ଏବଂ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତର ସଫଳତାର ଏକ ଝଲକକୁ ପ୍ରତିଫଳିତ କରେ। ସେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଥିଲେ ଯେ , ସର୍ଦ୍ଦାର ପଟେଲଙ୍କ ୧୫୦ତମ ଜନ୍ମବାର୍ଷିକୀ ପାଳନ ଅବସରରେ ଏକ ସ୍ମାରକୀ ମୁଦ୍ରା ଏବଂ ଏକ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଡାକ ଟିକେଟ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି।
