Children of cabinet officials had expressed their desire to meet Narendra Modi and spend some time with him. Narendra Modi remembering the request made by the children fulfilled it by inviting all the children to his place and spent time interacting with them. These children fall in the age group of 5 to 16 years and they were not accompanied by their parents.
Almost 60 children spent nearly two hours in peace with Narendra Modi at his residence. He interacted with the children and answered their questions in their language.
He advised the children that in childhood they should spent time playing, trying to see new things and he quoted that a childhood that is full of smiles and joy represents a happy family.
He encouraged students to take part in sports and courageous activities. He said they should participate in all activities and should not be bothered with winning and losing. Participation is more important than winning and losing said Modi. He said kids can develop the ability to digest failure and take success lightly and not get carried away by it by taking part in sports.
Children asked him all sorts of questions ranging from education to terrorism and he satisfied their curiosity by answering their questions.
