पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी आज केरळमधील तिरुवनंतपुरम येथे विविध विकास प्रकल्पांची पायाभरणी केली, उद्घाटन केले आणि त्यांना हिरवा झेंडा दाखवला. या प्रसंगी संबोधित करताना पंतप्रधान म्हणाले की, केरळच्या विकासासाठी केंद्र सरकार करत असलेल्या प्रयत्नांना आज नवीन गती मिळाली आहे. केरळमधील रेल्वे संपर्कव्यवस्था आता अधिक मजबूत झाली असून तिरुवनंतपुरम शहराला एका प्रमुख स्टार्टअप केंद्रामध्ये रूपांतरित करण्यासाठी अनेक उपक्रम हाती घेण्यात आले आहेत. आज केरळमधून गरिबांच्या कल्याणासाठी एक मोठी राष्ट्रव्यापी योजना सुरु करण्यात आली. पीएम स्वनिधी क्रेडिट कार्डचे अनावरण करण्यात आले आहे, असे पंतप्रधान म्हणाले. याचा फायदा देशभरातील पथविक्रेते, फेरीवाले आणि पदपथांवर काम करणाऱ्यांना होईल. या विकासकामांसाठी आणि रोजगार निर्मितीच्या उपक्रमांसाठी त्यांनी केरळ मधील लोकांचे आणि देशभरातील नागरिकांचे अभिनंदन केले.
