'मन की बात' मध्ये पुन्हा एकदा तुम्हा सर्वांसोबत सहभागी होताना मला खूप आनंद होत आहे. 2026 चं अर्धं वर्ष आता संपत आलं आहे. या सहा महिन्यांत आपण 'मन की बात' मध्ये आपल्या देशबांधवांच्या अनेक कामगिरींवर चर्चा केली आहे. जून महिन्यातही देशानं असे काही मैलाचे दगड गाठले आहेत, ज्यामुळे प्रत्येक नागरिकाला अभिमान वाटेल. हे यश राष्ट्राची सुरक्षा आणि आत्मनिर्भरता यांच्याशी जोडलेलं आहे. अलीकडेच मला कोलकाता इथे एका नौदल कार्यक्रमात सहभागी होण्याची संधी मिळाली. तिथे आयएनएस दूनागिरी, आयएनएस संशोधक आणि आयएनएस अग्रय ही जहाजं भारतीय नौदलाच्या ताफ्यात सामील करण्यात आली. या जहाजांच्या आरेखनापासून ते निर्मितीपर्यंत सर्व काही स्वदेशी आहे.

आजचा दिवस अनेक अर्थांनी विशेष आहे. संपूर्ण जग 'आंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिन' साजरा करत आहे. मला आनंद आहे की या निमित्ताने मला बंगालच्या या महान भूमीवर येण्याची संधी मिळाली. ही ती भूमी आहे जिने भारताच्या विचारांना नवी दिशा दिली, भारताच्या पुनर्जागरणाला गती दिली आणि जिने शतकानुशतके भारताला सागरी मार्गाने जगाशी जोडले. आज याच भूमीवर 'आत्मनिर्भर भारत', 'सुरक्षित भारत' आणि 'विकसित भारत' शी संबंधित एक महत्त्वपूर्ण कार्यक्रम होत आहे. काही वेळापूर्वीच 'आयएनएस अग्रय', 'आयएनएस दुनागिरी' आणि 'आयएनएस संशोधक' यांचा भारतीय नौदलात समावेश करण्यात आला आहे. योगायोगाने, 21 जून हा दिवस 'जागतिक जलविज्ञान दिन' (World Hydrography Day) म्हणूनही साजरा केला जातो. आणि हा एक विलक्षण योगायोग आहे की याच दिवशी भारताचे सर्वात प्रगत हायड्रोग्राफी जहाज, 'आयएनएस संशोधक ' नौदलात सामील करण्यात आले आहे. मी भारतीय नौदल, या प्रकल्पांशी संबंधित सर्व शास्त्रज्ञ, अभियंते, कामगार आणि माझ्या प्रिय देशवासियांचे मनःपूर्वक अभिनंदन करतो आणि शुभेच्छा देतो.

पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या हस्ते आज पश्चिम बंगालमधील कोलकाता येथील श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी बंदरावर, स्वदेशी बनावटीच्या आणि रचनेच्या तीन नौदल जहाजांचे - 'आयएनएस दुनागिरी' (एक प्रगत 'स्टेल्थ' फ्रिगेट), 'आयएनएस संशोधक' (एक मोठे टेहळणी जहाज) आणि 'आयएनएस अग्रय' (पाणबुडी-विरोधी उथळ पाण्यातील युद्धनौका ) जलावतरण करण्यात आले. या जहाजांच्या समावेशामुळे देशाच्या नौदल क्षमतांमध्ये लक्षणीय वाढ होईल , सागरी क्षेत्राप्रती जागरूकता वाढेल आणि भू-राजकीय धोक्यांपासून आपल्या किनारपट्टीच्या जलक्षेत्राची सुरक्षा अधिक मजबूत होईल. या तिन्ही जहाजांचे संरेखन भारतीय नौदलाच्या 'वॉरशिप डिझाइन ब्युरो'ने केले असून त्यांची बांधणी कोलकात्यातील 'गार्डन रीच शिपबिल्डर्स अँड इंजिनिअर्स' (GRSE) द्वारे करण्यात आली; यामध्ये 200 हून अधिक सूक्ष्म, लघु आणि मध्यम उद्योगांसह भारतीय उद्योगांचा मोठा सहभाग होता. 75 टक्क्यांहून अधिक स्वदेशी घटकांचा वापर असलेली ही जहाजे आत्मनिर्भरतेप्रति भारताच्या वचनबद्धतेचा एक उत्तम दाखला आहेत.
