PM Modi launched the ‘Bima Sakhi Yojana’ of Life Insurance Corporation, in line with his commitment to women empowerment and financial inclusion, in Panipat, Haryana. The Prime Minister stressed that it was imperative to ensure ample opportunities and remove every obstacle in their way to empower women. He added that when women were empowered, new doors of opportunities opened for the country.

पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी आज महिला सक्षमीकरण आणि आर्थिक समावेशन या त्यांच्या बांधिलकीला अनुसरून हरयाणात पानिपत येथे भारतीय आयुर्विमा महामंडळाच्या बिमा सखी योजना या योजनेचा शुभारंभ केला. यावेळी त्यांनी कर्नाल येथील महाराणा प्रताप फळबागायत विद्यापीठाच्या मुख्य संकुलाची देखील पायाभरणी केली.आज भारत महिला सक्षमीकरणाच्या दिशेने आणखी एक मजबूत पाऊल टाकत आहे, असे ते यावेळी उपस्थितांना संबोधित करताना म्हणाले. ते पुढे म्हणाले की आज महिन्याचा 9 वा दिवस विशेष आहे कारण 9 हा आकडा आपल्या धर्मग्रंथात शुभ मानला गेला होता आणि नवरात्री दरम्यान पूजल्या जाणाऱ्या नवदुर्गाच्या नऊ रूपांशी संबंधित होता. आजचा दिवस नारी शक्तीच्या उपासनेचाही आहे, असे त्यांनी सांगितले.

पंतप्रधान 9 डिसेंबरला राजस्थान आणि हरियाणाच्या दौऱ्यावर

पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी 9 डिसेंबर रोजी राजस्थान आणि हरियाणाला भेट देणार आहेत. ते प्रथम जयपूरला जाणार असून सकाळी 10:30 वाजता त्यांच्या हस्ते जयपूर एक्झिबिशन अँड कन्व्हेन्शन सेंटर (JECC) येथे रायझिंग राजस्थान जागतिक गुंतवणूकदार परिषद 2024 चे उद्घाटन करण्यात येणार आहे. त्यानंतर पंतप्रधान पानिपतला जाणार असून दुपारी दोन वाजण्याच्या सुमारास ते एलआयसीच्या विमा सखी योजनेचा प्रारंभ तसेच महाराणा प्रताप उद्यानविद्या विद्यापीठाच्या मुख्य परिसराची पायाभरणी करणार आहेत.
