पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखालील आर्थिक व्यवहार विषयक मंत्रिमंडळ समितीने आज गुजरातच्या वाडीनार येथे अत्याधुनिक जहाज दुरुस्तीची सुविधा उपलब्ध करण्यास मंजुरी दिली आहे. यामुळे राष्ट्रीय जहाज दुरुस्तीच्या कामाचा मोठा विस्तार होणार आहे. हा प्रकल्प दीनदयाळ पोर्ट अथॉरिटी (डीपीए) आणि कोचीन शिपयार्ड लिमिटेड (सीएसएल) यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने आकाराला येणार असून त्यासाठी 1,570 कोटी रुपयांच्या एकत्रित गुंतवणुक करण्यात येणार आहे.
