PM Modi inaugurated the AI Impact Summit 2026 and remarked that the world’s largest AI Impact Summit is being held in India, a nation representing one-sixth of humanity. He highlighted that the core purpose of the summit is to deliberate on how AI can be made human-centric. He also presented India’s M.A.N.A.V. Vision for AI and extended an invitation to the world with the call: ‘Design and Develop in India. Deliver to the World. पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी आज नवी दिल्लीतील भारत मंडपम येथे ‘इंडिया एआय इम्पॅक्ट समिट 2026’ चे उद्घाटन केले. यावेळी त्यांनी उपस्थितांना संबोधितही केले. जगभरातील एक षष्ठांश मानवजातीचे प्रतिनिधित्व करत असलेल्या भारातात, जगातील ही सर्वात मोठी आणि ऐतिहासिक एआय इम्पॅक्ट समिट परिषद होत असल्याची बाब त्यांनी नमूद केली. भारतामध्ये जगातील सर्वात मोठी युवा लोकसंख्या आहे, तंत्रज्ञान विषयक कौशल्यांच्या बाबतीत सर्वात मोठे मनुष्यबळ भारतात आहे, यासोबतच भरभराटीला आलेली तंत्रज्ञानाधारीत परिसंस्थाही भारतात असल्याचे त्यांनी अधोरेखित केले. भारत केवळ नवीन तंत्रज्ञानाची निर्मिती करत नाही, तर अभूतपूर्व वेगाने तंत्रज्ञानाचा अवलंबही करत असल्याचे त्यांनी नमूद केले. 140 कोटी भारतीय नव्या तंत्रज्ञानांचा अंगिकार करण्यासाठी उत्सुक असल्याचेही त्यांनी सांगितले. या सगळ्यांच्या वतीने त्यांनी, या परिषदेसाठी आलेल्या विविध देशांचे प्रमुख, जागतिक एआय विषयक परिसंस्थेतील आघाडीची व्यक्तिमत्वे आणि या परिषदेत सहभागी झालेल्या संशोधकांचे स्वागतही केले. या सगळ्यांनी नोंदवलेल्या सहभागाबद्दल त्यांनी कृतज्ञताही व्यक्त केली. या परिषदेचे यजमानपद भूषवणे ही केवळ भारतासाठीच नव्हे, तर ग्लोबल साऊथ अंतर्गत असलेल्या प्रत्येक देशासाठी अभिमानाची बाब असल्याची भावना त्यांनी व्यक्त केली.मन की बात’ हे देशातील लोकांच्या सामुहिक प्रयत्नांना सामान्य जनतेसमोर आणणारं एक उत्तम व्यासपीठ : पंतप्रधान मोदी
