Mr Narendra Modi, Chief Minister of Gujarat, on Monday released the book-" Navi Pedhi Navo Sanklap: Salamat Marg" – in Gandhinagar. The release of the book provides simple tips to students of high schools. It provides useful tips on the road-signage, published by Gujarat Rajya Shala Pathya Pustak Mandal in cooperation with the RTO department, likely to be useful to around 30 Lac students.
As part of Vanche -Gujarat Abhiyan, the question-bank compact-disk (CD) for the driving license aspirants have been prepared in both the languages- Gujarati and English-, all the schools and collages are instructed to install the informative CD at their computer labs. With a view to prompting the road safety concept among the people the informative CD will be installed at E-Gram Village Panchayats. It would apprise the people about the safety norms needs to be followed by the vehicle drivers. It promotes the concept –Safe driving for the safety of life.
