The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by PM Modi, has approved upgradation of Hiwarkhedi-Roshni-Ashapur-Rudhy Section of NH-347B and widening of Deshgaon-Julwaniya Section of NH-347B in Madhya Pradesh at a cost of Rs.4,415.60 Crore. Under PM Modi’s vision for cleaner and sustainable mobility, the Union Cabinet has approved a ₹9,585 crore scheme to replace nearly 2.07 lakh old trucks and buses in Delhi-NCR with BS-VI and electric vehicles.
