പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദിയുടെ അധ്യക്ഷതയിൽ ചേർന്ന സാമ്പത്തികകാര്യ മന്ത്രിസഭാ സമിതി അരുണാചൽ പ്രദേശിലെ അഞ്ജാവ് ജില്ലയിൽ ലോഹിത് നദിക്ക് കുറുകെ കലായ്-II ജലവൈദ്യുത പദ്ധതി (HEP) നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിനായി 14,105.83 കോടി രൂപയുടെ നിക്ഷേപത്തിന് അംഗീകാരം നൽകി. 78 മാസമാണ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ പൂർത്തീകരണ കാലാവധി.അരുണാചൽ പ്രദേശിലെ കാംലെ, ക്രാ ദാദി, കുറുങ് കുമേ ജില്ലകളിലായി 1720 മെഗാവാട്ട് ശേഷിയിൽ കമല ജലവൈദ്യുത പദ്ധതി നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള 26,069.50 കോടി രൂപയുടെ നിക്ഷേപ നിർദ്ദേശത്തിന് കേന്ദ്ര മന്ത്രിസഭ അംഗീകാരം നൽകി.
