മധ്യപ്രദേശിലെ ദേശീയപാത 347B-യുടെ (NH-347B) ഹിവർഖേഡി-റോഷ്നി-ആശാപൂർ-രുധി സെക്ഷനിലെ നിലവിലുള്ള ഇന്റർമീഡിയറ്റ് ലൈൻ പേവ്ഡ് ഷോൾഡറോട് കൂടിയ രണ്ടുവരിപ്പാതയായി (125.01 കി.മീ) നവീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും ഇതേ ദേശീയപാതയിലെ ദേശ്ഗാവ്-ജുൽവാനിയ സെക്ഷനിലെ നിലവിലുള്ള രണ്ടുവരിപ്പാത 108.643 കിലോമീറ്റർ നീളത്തിൽ നാലുവരിപ്പാതയായി വീതികൂട്ടുന്നതിനും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദിയുടെ അധ്യക്ഷതയിൽ ചേർന്ന സാമ്പത്തിക കാര്യങ്ങൾക്കായുള്ള മന്ത്രിസഭാ സമിതി (CCEA) ഇന്ന് അംഗീകാരം നൽകി. 4,415.60 കോടി രൂപ ചെലവ് വരുന്ന ഈ പദ്ധതി ഹൈബ്രിഡ് ആനുവിറ്റി മോഡിലാണ് നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നത്.

മധ്യപ്രദേശ്, രാജസ്ഥാൻ, ഉത്തർപ്രദേശ്, കർണാടക, ആന്ധ്രാപ്രദേശ്, തെലങ്കാന സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലായി 19 ജില്ലകൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്ന 3 മൾട്ടിട്രാക്കിങ് പദ്ധതികൾക്കു കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രിസഭാംഗീകാരം; ഇത് ഇന്ത്യൻ റെയിൽവേയുടെ നിലവിലെ ശൃംഖല ഏകദേശം 901 കിലോമീറ്റർ വർധിപ്പിക്കും
