Cabinet approves Pune Metro Rail Project Phase-2

The Union Cabinet chaired by PM Modi has approved the Pune Metro Rail Project Phase-2 project worth Rs.3626.24 crore. This project will serve key IT hubs, commercial areas, educational institutions, and residential pockets, increasing the share of public transport and ridership across the network. It is poised to unlock Pune’s economic potential.
