At the launch of development projects in Surat, Gujarat, PM Modi called upon all elected representatives of local bodies to work even harder for the state's progress. Expressing pride in Surat being one of the cleanest cities in the country, he lauded the continuous efforts of all stakeholders. PM Modi today lashed out at the Congress party for seeking votes in the name of caste. He slated them for pisive politics. He highlighted that the BJP's agenda was only development and urged people to elect a stable BJP government devoted to serve the people in Gujarat.
