ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಿಯ ದೇಶವಾಸಿಗಳೇ, ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ. ಇಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಾನು 'ಮನದ ಮಾತು' ಆಡುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ, ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯ ನೋವಿನಿಂದ ಭಾರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಪಹಲ್ಗಾಮ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 22 ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ಘಟನೆ ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ನಾಗರಿಕನನ್ನು ದುಃಖದ ಮಡುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳುಗಿಸಿದೆ. ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಭಾರತೀಯನಲ್ಲೂ ಅಪಾರ ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿಯಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ, ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಜನರು ಈ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರೀತಿಪಾತ್ರರನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡವರ ನೋವನ್ನು ಸ್ವತಃ ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ದಾಳಿಯ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಭಾರತೀಯನ ರಕ್ತ ಕುದಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ಅನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪಹಲ್ಗಾಮ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಈ ದಾಳಿಯು ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ ನೀಡುವವರ ಹತಾಶೆಯನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಹೇಡಿತನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಶಾಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹುರುಪು ತುಂಬಿರುವಂತಹ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ, ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಅಭೂತಪೂರ್ವ ವೇಗವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವಾಗ, ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಂತಿ ಮರುಕಳಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇಂತಹ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ಬಲಿಷ್ಠಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ, ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲೆಯ ಏರಿಕೆ ಕಂಡುಬರುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ, ಜನರ ಆದಾಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ, ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ, ದೇಶದ ಶತ್ರುಗಳು, ಜಮ್ಮು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ವೈರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಲಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಬಯಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ನಾಶಮಾಡಲು ಹುನ್ನಾರದಿಂದ ಇಷ್ಟು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಪಿತೂರಿ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ದೇಶದ ಏಕತೆ, 140 ಕೋಟಿ ಭಾರತೀಯರ ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟು, ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಈ ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟೆ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಪಾತ್ರವಾಹಿಸಲಿದೆ. ದೇಶ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಸವಾಲನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಲು ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲವಾದ ಇಚ್ಛಾಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ದಾಳಿಯ ನಂತರ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ದೇಶ ಒಕ್ಕೊರಲಿನಿಂದ ಧ್ವನಿಯೆತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಇಂದು ಜಗತ್ತೇ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.ಬಾಹ್ಯಾಕಾಶ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಗಳಿಂದ ದೇಶದ ಯುವಕರು ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ: ಮನ್ ಕಿ ಬಾತ್ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿ
