ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂ, ಈ ಪದಗಳೇ ಒಂದು ಮಂತ್ರ, ಒಂದು ಶಕ್ತಿ, ಒಂದು ಕನಸು, ಒಂದು ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವಾಗಿದೆ. ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂ, ಈ ಒಂದು ಪದವು ಭಾರತ ಮಾತೆಯ ಆರಾಧನೆ, ಭಾರತ ಮಾತೆಯ ನಿಜವಾದ ಆರಾಧನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ವಂದೇ ಮಾತರಂ, ಈ ಒಂದು ಪದವು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಇತಿಹಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು, ನಮ್ಮ ವರ್ತಮಾನವನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ತುಂಬುತ್ತದೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಭವಿಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಸ ಧೈರ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಅಂತಹ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬೇರೆ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವಿಲ್ಲ, ಸಾಧಿಸಲಾಗದ ಇನ್ನಾವುದೇ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾವು ಭಾರತೀಯರು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದ ಬೇರೆ ಇನ್ನಾವುದೇ ಗುರಿಯಿಲ್ಲ.
