ಇಂದು ಇಷ್ಟು ದೊಡ್ಡ ನಿಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿರುವುದು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಪುಟಿನ್ ಅವರ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಭಾವಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. 'ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ರಷ್ಯಾ ಬಿಸಿನೆಸ್ ಫೋರಂ'ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿರುವ ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ನಾನು ತುಂಬು ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ನಡುವೆ ಇರುವುದು ನನಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸಂತಸದ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ವೇದಿಕೆಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರಾದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಪುಟಿನ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ-ವಹಿವಾಟಿಗೆ ಸರಳ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಗಮವಾದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಭಾರತ ಮತ್ತು ಯುರೇಷಿಯನ್ ಎಕನಾಮಿಕ್ ಯೂನಿಯನ್ ನಡುವಿನ ಮುಕ್ತ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದ (FTA) ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿವೆ.

ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ನಡೆದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಸಭೆಯು, 2025-26ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಹಿಂಗಾರು ಹಂಗಾಮಿಗೆ (01.10.2025 ರಿಂದ 31.03.2026 ರವರೆಗೆ) 'ಫಾಸ್ಪೆಟಿಕ್‌' ಮತ್ತು 'ಪೊಟ್ಯಾಸಿಕ್'(ಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆ) ರಸಗೊಬ್ಬರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕಾಂಶ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ(ಎನ್‌.ಬಿ.ಎಸ್) ದರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸುವ ರಸಗೊಬ್ಬರ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಗೆ ಇಂದು ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. 2025-26ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಹಿಂಗಾರು ಹಂಗಾಮಿಗೆ ಅಂದಾಜು ರೂ. 37,952.29 ಕೋಟಿ ಅನುದಾನದ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು 2025ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಮುಂಗಾರು ಋತುವಿನ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಗತ್ಯಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಅಂದಾಜು 736 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ.
